They are committed to being the provider of choice for all window replacements, which starts with building a diverse, motivated, high-performing team. This role involves conducting in-home sales presentations of home improvement products and services, living the brand by presenting professionally, demonstrating extensive knowledge of company offerings, and ensuring an excellent sales and post-sales customer experience. The company is hiring immediately in the Twin Cities Region.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel to customer homes (may require driving up to 80+ miles one way).
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales.
  • Comfortable using iPad-based applications.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations of home improvement products and services.
  • Present industry-leading home improvement products with professionalism and integrity.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-up.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps.
