About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the booming Northwest Arkansas market (including Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville). If you are a competitive self-starter who loves building relationships and closing deals, we want you on our team.

Requirements

• A resilient, positive attitude with a strong "hunter" mentality.
• Ability to confidently pitch to diverse audiences, handle objections, and build instant rapport.
• Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas business landscape is a major plus.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Previous sales experience (B2B, retail, or hospitality) is preferred, but we will train the right attitude.
• All employees must complete the required I-9 documentation before they are able to begin work.
• You will be required to provide two acceptable forms of identification, with at least one being a photo ID.
• Acceptable documents may include a Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or Birth Certificate.
• Copies/photos of the required documents must be provided and verified before your start date.

Responsibilities

• Actively scout, pitch, and close new business opportunities across Northwest Arkansas.
• Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with local business owners and key decision-makers.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline from initial contact to signed contract.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals to maximize your commission checks.
