About The Position
Northline Roofing is seeking Consultative Closers for a ground-floor opportunity in a high-momentum startup. The role involves conducting deep-dive inspections and educational presentations to homeowners, guiding them through the restoration process, and generating business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals. The representative will close deals on-site and manage the full sales cycle, including CRM management, quotes, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License & Documentation
- Clear background check
- U.S. work authorization
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to move ladders
- Comfortably inspect roofs for damage
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Previous sales experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRMs, and roofing software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive inspections and educational presentations.
- Guide homeowners through the restoration process.
- Generate business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Close the deal on-site and maintain the relationship until the final nail is driven.
- Manage multiple appointments a day, including CRM, quotes, and follow-up.
