Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
• Ability to travel and navigate assigned neighborhoods for extended periods, including ability to move across stairs and sidewalks, to meet with prospective customers.

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish fluently is sought after in the Nashville market.

Responsibilities

• Meet residents at their homes to introduce them to GFiber’s award winning internet services.
• Build and manage a lead pipeline, following up through various channels to ensure a great customer experience.
• Utilize Salesforce and modern sales tools to organize your day and maximize your impact.
• Work closely with a supportive team to share best practices and reach market sales goals together.

• Base salary plus an uncapped sales bonus plan.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $66,667 annually (composed of a $30,000 base salary + on target sales bonus).
• Total annual earning potential typically ranges from $66,667 to $100,000 for high-performing representatives.
• $3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus upon completion of their first 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel within your assigned territory.
