As an Outside Food Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to customers, helping them achieve their goals. This position is located in Lancaster County, PA.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience
• Maintaining a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record
• Ability to obtain food safety certification

Responsibilities

• Pursue new customers by researching industry and market trends, identifying prospective customers, developing sales strategies, and presenting them.
• Deepen and strengthen existing customer relationships by conducting regular visits, business reviews, providing training on product offerings, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Manage sales territory by balancing new customer acquisition with existing customer relationship management, coordinating visits, and communicating order status.
• Conduct business reviews to determine existing customers needs and areas of opportunity for growing sales.
• Provide ongoing training to customers on Gordon Food Service product offerings.
• Identify opportunities within existing customers businesses where Gordon Food Service can add value through product and service offerings.
