About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated B2B sales professional to join our growing team at Triangle Water Services, the local independent Culligan dealer serving the Raleigh-Durham market. In this role, you’ll primarily cover the Wake and Johnston County territory, helping businesses across the Triangle upgrade from bottled water, water fountains, and outdated coolers to modern bottle-free water and ice systems. You’ll work with medical practices, government agencies, contractors, manufacturers, and professional offices — helping them improve water quality, reduce waste, and lower long-term costs. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role with a strong mix of prospecting, referrals, and account expansion. Realistic first-year OTE: $80,000 – $120,000+ (uncapped commissions) Realistic quota: 8–15 units per month.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of B2B outside sales experience (or strong recent graduate with sales coursework/internship)
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling and cold outreach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with good organizational habits
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Consistently hitting 8–15 units per month
  • Building a pipeline through both new prospecting and referral-based opportunities
  • Developing strong relationships in key verticals (healthcare, government, contractors, and professional services)
  • Growing existing accounts through referrals and multi-location expansion

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B customers through a mix of cold outreach, referrals, and targeted networking, with a primary focus on Wake and Johnston County
  • Conduct in-person meetings, site surveys, and product demonstrations with decision-makers (practice managers, facilities directors, office managers, etc.)
  • Leverage existing relationships and referrals, especially within medical and government accounts
  • Manage your pipeline and activities in our CRM system
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins and service coordination
  • Represent the Culligan brand professionally while operating as a local, responsive company
