About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell Digital Marketing solutions. This role offers unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, and ongoing companywide support. The position involves a hybrid sales environment, combining home office work with in-field client visits. Sales representatives will partner with Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft to offer solutions like Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. The role focuses on cold calling, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, and performing virtual and in-person presentations to build strong client relationships across various industries. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
