About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team, offering unlimited earning potential in the flourishing digital marketing industry. This role involves selling a suite of digital marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Representatives will be responsible for cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conduct needs assessments, and deliver virtual and in-person presentations. A key aspect of the role is growing a personal book of business, helping small businesses succeed, and earning residual commissions through strong account management. Hibu provides comprehensive training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of in-field training, along with ongoing company-wide support. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
