About The Position
We are hiring high performing Outside Sales Representatives (In Home Sales) to join our 8/24 sales training class. This is a high-income opportunity for driven individuals who want to earn $150,000+ using a proven sales system, company-provided leads, and strong operational support. As a Direct Seller, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on our home remodeling solutions and guide them through a consultative sales experience. Requirements
- Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with commission-based earnings
- Confident handling objections and closing deals
- Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
- Reliable transportation and availability for appointments
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
- Educate customers on remodeling options, features, and value
- Build trust, establish rapport, and confidently guide decision-making
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Close sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation
