About The Position

Humbug Holiday Lighting is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help scale their rapidly growing business. This is initially a part-time, 1099 role with a clear path to full-time W2 employment for top performers. It offers a chance to build a high-income sales role with uncapped upside for self-starters who can close and generate opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven outside or in-home sales experience (home services a plus)
• Strong closer with a track record of hitting goals
• Type A, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable with commission-based income
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
• Smartphone (CRM access)
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Run 3-5 warm inbound leads per week
• Conduct in-person consultations and lighting design sessions
• Close residential and commercial deals
• Generate your own pipeline through door knocking, networking, yard signs/door hangers, and outbound calls
• Create your own opportunities as this is a true outside sales role
