Outside Sales Representative (Entry Level)
About The Position
R3 Roofing & Exteriors is expanding into the Gurnee, Illinois market and is seeking motivated individuals to help launch its newest territory. This is an opportunity to join a growing company at the ground level and play a key role in building its presence throughout Gurnee and the surrounding communities. As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter), the primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners and offer complimentary property inspections. The role does not involve performing inspections or closing sales. Once a homeowner expresses interest, the representative will schedule an appointment and hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer).
Requirements
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors five days per week
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
