Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell Digital Marketing solutions. This role offers significant earning potential with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses, targeting around $93,000 in the first year and $106,000 - $125,000 in the second year. The position operates in a hybrid sales environment, combining work from a home office with in-field activities. Hibu provides extensive training, including 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of field training, along with continuous company-wide support. Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
- Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
