About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and focus on selling CCTV monitor trailers. This role involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and security solutions, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close sales.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology, security, or equipment industries.
Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about CCTV systems and security solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel within the designated territory as required.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate CCTV monitor trailer solutions.
Conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations of CCTV monitor trailers, highlighting features, benefits, and applications.
Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions that align with their specific requirements.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in CCTV technology to maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts in the company’s CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
