Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must. You must be able to "mirror" homeowners and build rapport quickly.
  • Competency with computers and experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceBridge).
  • Must be willing to work Monday through Saturday and be available for evening appointments at least 3 nights per week to accommodate client schedules.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and possessing a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to attract new clients, source new sales opportunities, and close sales to achieve personal and team quotas.
  • Utilize various sales methods including door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, and networking to generate business.
  • Evaluate client needs, identify their "pain," and build productive, long-lasting relationships based on trust and education.
  • Actively attend weekly networking events (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, BNI) to build a deep referral network and become a household name in the territory.
  • Research accounts, generate leads, and maintain/expand the client database within your assigned territory using our CRM.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments and refine your skills.
