About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Oklahoma City market and hiring motivated individuals who want more than just another job. This is an opportunity to build a high-income career in sales, customer service, and project coordination while getting in early as Heritage launches one of its newest markets. No roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, proven systems, and the support you need to learn the business and succeed. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work outdoors and perform roof inspections
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
• Commitment to return to and help grow the Oklahoma City market

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Perform roof inspections and identify potential storm damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Help guide customers through each stage of their roofing project
• Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the process
• Build relationships within the Oklahoma City community
• Generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
