Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish fluently is sought after in the Denver market.

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus for the Denver market.

Responsibilities

  • Meet residents at their homes to introduce them to GFiber’s award winning internet services.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline, following up through various channels to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce and modern sales tools to organize your day and maximize your impact.
  • Work closely with a supportive team to share best practices and reach market sales goals together.

Benefits

  • Reliable base salary paired with uncapped sales bonus potential.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $75,000 annually (composed of a $33,750 base salary + on target sales bonus).
  • Total annual earning potential typically ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 for high-performing representatives.
  • $3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus upon completion of their first 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold for new hires.
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel within your assigned territory.
