Requirements
- Fit, hungry, and coachable
- Willing and able to climb roofs to conduct inspections, non-negotiable
- Comfortable outdoors, in the field, traveling between appointments
- Strong communicator and active listener who earns trust naturally
- Track record of success in everything you’ve done

- Own the complete sales cycle from roof inspection through signed contract
