About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Ground Protection to develop and maximize Ground Protection market share within their assigned territory or region. This role involves leading sales efforts and managing the local Profit Center to ensure safe, efficient, and superior customer experiences. Requirements

4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
21 years of age
Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Solid computer skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations

Responsibilities

Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share in all sectors within their assigned territory or region.
Perform and lead sales efforts.
Manage and lead the local Profit Center.
Ensure safe, efficient, and superior customer experiences through the application of company policies and procedures.
Leverage cold-calling & closing skills to expand an existing portfolio.
Develop skills to grow career as part of a sales or operational management career track.
