About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Ground Protection. The primary mission of this role is to develop and maximize Ground Protection market share within an assigned territory or region. This involves leading sales efforts and managing the local Profit Center to ensure safe, efficient, and superior customer experiences by applying company policies and procedures. The role offers an entrepreneurial and empowering workplace where individuals can leverage cold-calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio in a high-demand market, develop skills for a sales or operational management career track, and work with a team dedicated to customer success.

Requirements

4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
21 years of age
Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Solid computer skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
