About The Position
Richmond Ford Wholesale Parts Department is a national powerhouse in Ford wholesale parts, recognized as the largest in Virginia and 16th largest in the United States. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative / Customer Care (OSR/CC) professional to manage our Western Virginia territory. This role involves developing new wholesale parts accounts, growing relationships with existing customers, educating them on Ford programs, and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with our parts sales, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. The position includes initial training in Richmond, VA, ongoing guidance, and occasional travel for sales blitzes and training. This is a full-time position with a four-day work week after training, and a company vehicle and laptop are provided.
Requirements
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
