About The Position
Richmond Ford Wholesale Parts Department is a national powerhouse in Ford wholesale parts, recognized as the largest in Virginia and 16th largest in the United States. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative / Customer Care professional to manage our Western Virginia territory. This role involves developing new wholesale parts accounts, nurturing existing customer relationships, educating clients on Ford programs, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience by collaborating with sales, dispatch, and delivery teams. The position offers initial training in Richmond, VA, ongoing guidance, and occasional travel for sales blitzes and training.
Requirements
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
Responsibilities
- Develop new wholesale parts accounts
- Grow relationships with existing customers
- Educate customers on Ford programs, incentives, and opportunities
- Deliver exceptional service and support
- Work closely with our parts sales, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
