QXO, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative-Commercial to drive new business growth within their assigned territory. This role involves prospecting, identifying, and pursuing new customer opportunities, and selling exterior building products such as roofing, siding, windows, and waterproofing materials to contractors, builders, and commercial customers. The representative will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets, building relationships with customers and vendors, and conducting in-person sales calls and jobsite visits. The position requires maintaining accurate records in a CRM system, researching market conditions, and coordinating handoffs of new accounts to Account Executives. Continuous development of product knowledge and sales skills is also expected, along with extensive travel within the assigned market.
