About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for its Climate Control Service division. This role is responsible for renting and selling portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within an assigned territory. The customer base includes commercial clients, contractors, and event companies. The representative will also collaborate with other divisions to provide comprehensive solutions using Sunbelt's equipment and services, working closely with sales representatives and managers to maximize customer base penetration. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
2+ years of direct sales experience.
Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance.
Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
Sales track record in a solution-selling approach.
High volume sales experience.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more.
Working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Responsibilities

Rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within an assigned territory.
Cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones.
Work closely with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turn-key solutions.
Collaborate with Sales Reps and Managers throughout the organization to maximize penetration within new and existing customer bases.
