About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a B2B role with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This position offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $90,000-$100,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected between $105,000-$125,000. The role involves a hybrid sales environment, combining home office and in-field work, with a clear career path in leadership and sales, offering high potential for promotions. Hibu provides 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, with ongoing companywide support. Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
