About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a B2B role with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This position offers a base salary, full benefits, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are projected between $110,000-$120,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected between $120,000-$140,000. The base salary for this role is $65,000.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
• Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Building strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.
