About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a B2B role with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This position offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. First-year compensation is estimated at $110K–$120K, with potential to grow to $120K–$140K+ in the second year. The role includes a base salary of $65,000, plus various allowances and reimbursements for auto, cell phone, internet, parking, tolls, and gas, totaling approximately $70K+ in fixed compensation for the first year, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside. Allowances and reimbursements may vary by location and usage. The position involves selling Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. The role also requires building strong client relationships across various industries and earning residual commissions through account management. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
