Outside Sales Representative (B2B Technology)
About The Position
Most sales jobs hand you a ceiling and a script. We hand you a territory and the tools to win. Your income and your recognition are uncapped. You decide the level they reach, you control your destiny. YOUR TERRITORY. YOUR NUMBER. YOUR NAME ON IT. Uncapped commission. $100,000 – $250,000 On Target Earnings (base + uncapped commission). No decelerator, no cliff. Uncapped recognition, too. Hit your number and you're on the President's Club trip. This year, that's Hawaii. A cycle that moves. Most deals close in 30 to 90 days, so you'll run several at once. The stronger your pipeline, the higher you land in the OTE range. An established base to build on. You inherit a book of business, and you're expected to grow it. Your effort decides your income. Y our name is on the result.
Requirements
- Net-new hunting: generate your own pipeline by prospecting your territory every week.
- Consultative selling: partner with businesses to find the right solutions for their desired outcomes.
- A track record you can talk about, speaking to your results in real numbers.
- Valid license and a reliable vehicle for daily territory travel.
- MVR check after conditional offer, reviewed individually.
- Pass a criminal background check prior to starting work.
- Pass a drug screening prior to starting work.
