About The Position

Elite Auto Experts is seeking a motivated and well-connected Outside Sales Representative to help grow our auto repair and collision business through commercial accounts, fleet relationships, dealership partnerships, rental companies, referral sources, and local business relationships. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional employment position. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, relationship-driven, and excited about building business while enjoying flexibility and earning based on performance.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive, fleet, commercial, or B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Results-oriented with a desire to grow business.
• Familiar with the Houston market.

Responsibilities

• Develop new fleet and commercial accounts.
• Build relationships with dealerships, rental companies, and local businesses.
• Generate new auto repair and collision opportunities.
• Create and maintain referral partnerships.
• Represent Elite Auto Experts in the local community.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide a simple weekly activity and opportunity report.
