About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to provide supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The role focuses on serving clients by understanding their needs and helping them find suitable insurance solutions. It also involves training and mentoring team members and supporting their growth and success. The position is in-person and involves business-to-business and individual sales.

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and succeed.
• Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Work with a manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
