Outside Sales Representative - Agriculture
About The Position
This is a field-based, farm-to-farm sales role for a true road warrior. You will introduce farmers to STOP-FYRE® — The World’s Best Fire Extinguisher®, develop trusted customer relationships, and grow sales within your protected territory. This is an independent 1099 outside-sales position with 100% commission compensation. Your success will depend on consistent prospecting, farm-to-farm travel, disciplined follow-up, and closing ability. AKE is highly selective because customers and team members depend on representatives who are professional, trustworthy, and persistent. AKE does not charge representatives or require them to purchase inventory in order to sell.
Requirements
- Must be "unbreakable" - possess a burning desire to achieve a level of success most will only dream about.
- Must be able to work effectively without day-to-day supervision.
- Must be coachable, accountable, and willing to adopt a proven sales approach.
- Must care about the customer, believe in the product, and operate with integrity.
- Must be confident hunters who know how to open doors, earn trust, and close business.
- Must be competitive, resilient, and motivated by ambitious goals.
Nice To Haves
- Several years of successful outside-sales experience and can demonstrate results
- A connection to agriculture through farming, work experience, or selling to farmers
- Experience in construction, excavation, public safety, military service, or another hands-on industry
- Think like an entrepreneur
