About The Position

The Assurance Group is seeking a consultative health and life insurance representative. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and integrity who are passionate about helping people. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, the company often prefers candidates from other industries, providing comprehensive training for roles in life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. This is a 100% commission, 1099 role with a pathway to W2, meaning there is no base salary, but the company invests heavily in new agents. Appointments are met in person with clients, making this not a fully remote position.

Requirements

• Teachable
• Self-motivated
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health License
• Reliable transportation
• Good with people

• Experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply.
• Candidates coming from other industries like bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and former military are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Assurance Group's products, including life, health, and fixed index annuities.
• Meet with clients in person for appointments.
• Manage own hours and schedule.
• Utilize provided leads and support to achieve sales goals.
