About The Position

The SEALS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a high-energy, door-to-door sales role focused on selling refrigeration gasket installation and repair services to restaurants and other commercial kitchens. The company aims to help businesses stay ahead of health violations with fast, professional, and long-lasting solutions. The role offers base pay plus uncapped earning potential, with on-target earnings of $8,000+/month. The company serves a variety of clients including restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, and schools across Connecticut. This position is ideal for individuals who value freedom, autonomy, and are motivated by results.

Requirements

  • Comfortable prospecting in person daily (walking into businesses).
  • Outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people.
  • Sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred).
  • Tech-comfortable (apps, navigation, CRM tools).
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens.
  • Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch services.
  • Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work.
  • Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency.
  • Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline.
  • Travel throughout the territory using a reliable vehicle.
