About The Position

This is a life-changing opportunity with Safe Haven Security, ADT's #1 partner. We hire the hungriest 1% and provide them with the tools to succeed. We are looking for individuals with Horsepower, Hunger, and Hustle who are willing to outwork everyone. The role offers uncapped earning potential, with average reps earning $70k–$125k+ and elite performers clearing multiple six figures. The position offers weekly paychecks for commissions and bonuses, and the opportunity to join all-expenses-paid luxury trips annually for top performers. Safe Haven Security is a stable, growing company with a history of promoting from within. The role operates when homeowners are home, allowing for ownership of mornings and dominance of evenings. Performance equals freedom. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM to 8:30/9:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Successful reps who hit targets may not work Saturdays and can potentially move to a 4-day work week. This is not a "participation trophy" environment; the company provides training, leads, and a platform, but the individual must provide the effort. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Willingness to work outside for extended periods in any season
High level communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close sales
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
