About The Position

Outside Sales Representative Own a Territory. Sell a Product People Actually Renew. Get Paid Uncapped. We're an established national leader in uniform rental and facility services. You'll own a protected territory selling recurring-revenue programs that businesses keep for years: uniform programs, floor mats, restroom and hygiene supplies, first aid, and facility service. You are not selling a one-and-done. You are building a book that pays you again every single month it stays on the truck. This is a hunter role. Requirements

• B2B outside sales experience (uniform, facility services, payroll, medical, industrial, or route-based sales is a strong plus)
• Prospecting skills and resilience to rejection
• Competitive, coachable, and ability to close
• Desire for a real base salary plus uncapped commission
• 1 to 3 years of B2B outside sales, ideally new-business hunting
• Comfortable cold calling and canvassing a territory in person
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)
• High school diploma required

Responsibilities
