About The Position

Perfection Servo, a SunSource company, specializes in providing worldwide service, repair and remanufacturing in the areas of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and mechanical components for various industries. We are currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team and develop business throughout the Jacksonville, FL territory and surrounding areas. This outside sales role is responsible for driving new business growth, building long-term customer relationships, and promoting industry-leading industrial repair services to manufacturers and industrial customers. Candidates must be based within a reasonable driving distance of Jacksonville, FL to effectively manage the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably selling repair services.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel overnight as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or a two-year technical degree, preferred.
  • Experience with electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servo motors, drives, or mechanical component repair is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, cold calling, customer presentations, proposal and quotation development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive business development and territory management.
  • Utilize CRM systems, sales tools, and available resources to effectively plan activities, manage opportunities, and maximize territory performance.
  • Collaborate with experienced customer service and technical support teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their operational challenges and recommending appropriate repair solutions.
