Outside Sales Professional (Paid Training & Licensing!)
About The Position
PURCOR is growing fast and hiring Outside Sales Representatives who want to earn big, move fast, and grow their careers. This is an opportunity to take control of your income in a high-demand industry. This is NOT a neighborhood canvassing position. You will have uncapped earnings with a base + commission structure, earning up to 20% commission on recurring service sales and up to 25% commission through recurring revenue bonus kickers and performance incentives. A company vehicle will be provided for territory travel. You will be assigned a territory with the opportunity to build your own pipeline. PURCOR offers paid training to learn the industry, products, and proven sales process, with a clear path into sales leadership or management. This is a high-demand industry with essential services providing consistent opportunity year-round.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Nice To Haves
- Previous outside sales or commission-based experience
- Experience in home services, pest control, or route-based industries
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and territory development
- Conduct property inspections and identify pest control needs
- Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses
- Close deals and own the full sales cycle from lead to service start
- Upsell additional services to maximize customer value and your commission
- Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to win business
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
