Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Nice To Haves

• Previous outside sales or commission-based experience
• Experience in home services, pest control, or route-based industries

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and territory development
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest control needs
• Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses
• Close deals and own the full sales cycle from lead to service start
• Upsell additional services to maximize customer value and your commission
• Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to win business
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
