About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife and Homes Services Outside Sales Professional to join their team. This role involves engaging with existing and potential customers, acting as the face of the company, and utilizing expertise in general building and construction principles to provide accurate estimates and quotes for home service projects. The services offered may include wildlife exclusion, insulation, gutters, and general handyman repairs. Collaboration with technicians is encouraged to identify leads. The company emphasizes a people-centric approach, environmental friendliness, and a supportive family atmosphere, offering a thorough training program.

Requirements

• Proficiency in general construction principles
• High school diploma or work experience
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling services that can exceed $10K.
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and remodeling construction and building techniques.
