In this role, you will meet with homeowners during critical moments, guide them through the insurance claims process, and help them make informed decisions about their next steps. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in face-to-face interactions. About the Company: Our client is an established public insurance adjusting firm with over 65 years of experience helping property owners recover after major losses. The firm exclusively represents policyholders, advocating on their behalf to help ensure fair insurance settlements. Known for its expertise and integrity, the organization is continuing to expand its presence across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. About the Role: The Outside Sales Professional is a field-based role where you will spend the majority of your time meeting with property owners navigating significant damage to their homes or buildings. You will guide them through their options and help determine whether professional representation would benefit them during the insurance claims process. You do not need prior insurance experience. Our client provides structured training and strong operational support so you can focus on building relationships and driving new business. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, restoration, remediation, roofing, home services, or other relationship-driven outside sales roles tend to be highly successful in this position. This role requires grit, empathy, and comfort working in the field, often with homeowners who are navigating stressful and emotional situations following significant property damage.
