Outside Sales - Media Account Executive - Woodlands
About The Position
Community Impact helps local businesses grow and tell their stories using our beloved news products. As experts in our advertising products, our Media Account Executives consult with clients to tailor the perfect print, digital and direct-mail advertising plans to help their business thrive. This role involves business-to-business (B2B) sales, including cold calling, prospecting, and landing new accounts. The majority of the role's duties will be conducted from the field in the Woodlands area, with office hours required in Jersey Village on Mondays and as needed for training.
Requirements
- Excited to participate in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Enjoy cold calling, prospecting, and the thrill of landing a new account
- Not afraid of rejection and persistent in turning a cold lead into a sale
- Ability to make in-person connections and build meaningful client partnerships
- Ability to build and maintain a successful book of business
- Eager to learn more about Selling the CI Way, our proven sales methodology
