About The Position
Uline is seeking motivated college Sophomores and Juniors for a paid Outside Sales Internship during Summer 2027 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This internship offers hands-on, real-world experience in a face-to-face selling role, supported by comprehensive training, tools, and products. Interns will work alongside experienced sales professionals, participate in professional sales training, and receive weekly mentoring. Uline is a growing, stable company and a recipient of the 2026 Handshake Early Talent Award. This is an opportunity to gain valuable sales skills in a high-energy, competitive, and fun environment, with the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.

Responsibilities
- Deliver next-level customer service and support sales growth in accounts across all industries within your territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits providing business solutions from our world-class website and catalog stacked with 43,000+ quality products.
- Take part in weekly sales team meetings to learn from experienced Account Managers, share ideas and build your sales skills.
