About The Position

Massey Services is seeking an Outside Sales Inspector to join their team. This role involves building relationships with customers, growing the business through sales, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability. The position requires inspecting customer homes to identify service needs and preparing/presenting proposals. Responsibilities also include generating sales leads through networking and cold calling, telephone prospecting, appointment setting, and completing sales-related paperwork accurately and timely. No prior industry experience is required, as the company provides a comprehensive paid training program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire

Responsibilities

• Building Long-Term, Trusting relationships with our Customers
• Grow our Business (sell) Control Expenses (make a profit)
