About The Position

Massey Services is seeking an Outside Sales Inspector to join their team. This role is focused on building long-term customer relationships, growing the business through sales, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability. The position involves inspecting customer homes to identify service needs, preparing and presenting proposals, and generating sales leads through networking, cold calling, and telephone prospecting. Accurate and timely completion of sales-related paperwork is also a key responsibility. No prior industry experience is required, as Massey Services offers a comprehensive paid training program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire

Nice To Haves

• Prior outside sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Build Long-Term, Trusting relationships with our Customers
