About The Position

Massey Services is seeking an Outside Sales Inspector to join their team. This role is focused on building long-term, trusting relationships with customers, growing the business through sales, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability. The inspector will be responsible for inspecting customer homes to determine service needs, preparing and presenting proposals, networking, cold calling to generate leads, and telephone prospecting. Accurate and timely completion of sales-related paperwork is also required. No prior industry experience is needed, as the company provides a comprehensive paid training program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire

Nice To Haves

• Prior outside sales experience a plus
