About The Position

Massey Services is seeking Outside Sales Inspectors to join their team. This role involves building long-term relationships with customers, growing the business through sales, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability. The inspector will be responsible for inspecting customer homes to determine service needs, preparing and presenting proposals, networking, cold calling to generate leads, and setting appointments. Accurate and timely completion of sales-related paperwork is also a key responsibility. No prior industry experience is required, as Massey Services offers a comprehensive paid training program.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire

Nice To Haves

• Prior outside sales experience a plus
