About The Position
Massey Services, a leading service company with over three decades of quality service and profitable growth, is seeking Outside Sales Inspectors. This role is crucial for our continued growth and expansion in our sales market. We provide a comprehensive paid training program, making industry experience unnecessary. The position involves building strong customer relationships, driving business growth through sales, controlling expenses, inspecting customer homes, preparing proposals, and generating sales leads through networking, cold calling, and telephone prospecting. Accurate and timely completion of sales-related paperwork is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
Nice To Haves
- Prior outside sales experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Building Long-Term, Trusting relationships with our Customers
- Grow our Business (sell) Control Expenses (make a profit)
- Inspecting our Customer's homes to determine services needed
- Prepare & present proposals to existing and new Customers
- Networking and cold calling to generate sales leads
- Telephone prospecting and appointment setting
- Accurate & timely completion of all Sales related paperwork
