About The Position

Massey Services is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Outside Sales Inspectors. This role involves building long-term relationships with customers, growing the business through sales, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability. The position requires inspecting customer homes to identify service needs, preparing and presenting proposals, generating sales leads through networking and cold calling, and setting appointments via telephone prospecting. Accurate and timely completion of sales-related paperwork is also essential. No prior industry experience is required, as Massey Services provides a comprehensive paid training program. The company is a growing service provider with a strong history and a large operational footprint across multiple states.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire

Nice To Haves
