As an Outside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within your assigned territory. By combining your in-depth knowledge of the local market with our extensive tools, support, and brand reputation, you will position our services as the optimal choice. Requirements

  • 4+ years of recent work experience as a “hunter”
  • A well-established and well-maintained network of business relationships

Responsibilities

  • Selling guarding services and integrated solutions in assigned and dedicated territory
  • Working both in-office at the Securitas branch and “door-to-door” in the field
  • Maintaining long-term and relevant “business-to-business” relationships
  • Consistently following up on both new and long-standing opportunities
  • Commuting to the branch office in San Francisco, CA or Concord, CA, covering San Francisco to East Bay Area. The assigned territory will include Concord, San Francisco, Fairfield, and Fremont, CA.
  • Participating in networking activities that support business development in the territory.
  • Utilizing provided and self-generated resources to promote, propose, and price solutions.
  • Effectively applying time management, communication, presentation, customer service, and team collaboration skills

Benefits

  • Base salary ranging from $75,000–$85,000, plus a robust commission program with significant earning potential.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of $250,000+ are achievable based on revenue generated and individual performance.
