About The Position

We are the premier small-to-medium-sized business management consulting firm in North America. For over four decades, we have partnered directly with privately-held business owners to maximize profits, streamline operations, and implement strategic tax and operational enhancements. Our mission is simple: deliver immediate, financially measurable results to companies scaling between $4M and $100M in revenue. Due to explosive market growth, we are immediately adding elite Outside Sales Professionals to manage local and regional territories. As a Field Representative, you are the face of our firm. You will meet face-to-face with presidents, CEOs, and business owners. Armed with our proprietary diagnostic evaluation systems, you will analyze their company’s financial structures, pinpoint operational inefficiencies, and close contracts for our senior survey analyst team. Our aggressive inside sales team schedules high-quality, pre-set appointments directly into your calendar. You focus strictly on what you do best-presenting to decision-makers and closing the deal.

Requirements

• Willing to drive out to assigned territory Monday - Friday.
• Strong verbal assertiveness, high emotional intelligence, and the confidence to command a room of business owners.
• At least 2–5 years of face-to-face sales, entrepreneurial, or corporate business experience.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle.
• Must have access to a reliable laptop and smartphone.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
