They provide company-generated, pre-qualified leads booked directly into the sales consultant's calendar, allowing them to focus on closing deals. The role offers uncapped commission-based pay, paid professional training, and no cold calling. Top performers can expect to earn $200,000+ annually, with average earnings between $120,000–$200,000+.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel locally for home visits.
- Highly motivated and disciplined.
- Availability during evenings and some Saturdays.
- 3–5 years of commission sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Close deals and generate profitable growth.
- Convert pre-set appointments into customers.

- Travel assigned territory for in-home customer visits.
- Negotiate using sales strategies, promotions, and financing options.
